Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is not stage hypnosis or mind control. It's a powerful therapeutic approach that combines three evidence based disciplines: neuroscience, positive psychology, and clinical hypnotherapy. How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some issues like smoking cessation can be addressed in a single session. Other challenges like anxiety, stress, or low mood typically require 8-12 sessions for lasting change. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss a realistic timeframe based on your specific situation.

Many clients notice improvements after just 2-3 sessions - better sleep, reduced anxiety, improved mood. The changes build over time as your brain creates new, healthier patterns.

Is Hypnotherapy Safe?
